Registration Information

Through this comprehensive training series, participants will enhance their understanding and proficiency in CKD identification and management, ultimately improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. These training programs will be held virtually and recorded. CME application has been submitted for physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses. Each session will be held from 12:15 to 1:15. Teams are encouraged to participate in a group so they can discuss and apply concepts to current practices.
