The Center's internship program is designed to provide training and experience for students interested in the healthcare field.  Availability for this paid internship is extremely limited. In order to be considered for a Center internship, you must submit this completed application form along with your resume. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. * 11. In accordance with CMS mandate, all employees (including interns) must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or approved for a medical or religious exemption from vaccination.
