Bike to Books 2020

You can order Bike to Books entry forms to be mailed to your house. Three (3) forms come in each order. If you need more than three forms, please make multiple orders.

Please note: The Portland Bureau of Transportation will mail two batches of entries. Blank entry forms will be mailed out on May 7 and May 21. May 20 is the FINAL day to request printed entry forms.
