Thank you for taking the time to visit our survey.
We would like to hear and learn from the stories of parents of children with diagnosed or suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We will ask questions on your child’s diagnostic status, your experiences of seeking a diagnosis, your child’s educational experience and your own personal wellbeing.

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to and you are free to stop filling in the questionnaire at any time. The answers you provide will be stored securely and no one outside of the research team will see these answers.
