5S Situational Checklist |

This is the 5S Situational Checklist that we are going to use in order to assess the level of 5S implementation in your working area. Instructions for this checklist are as follows:
1. Answer the following assessment by selecting YES if the working area satisfies the requirement, otherwise select No.
2. If you selected NO, provide a picture to support your answer. If taking pictures is prohibited in the area, use the comment box to state your reasons.
3. Only one picture is allowed per assessment and in case you have additional pictures, you may send it to rap@bountyagro.com.ph / emfonollera@bountyagro.com / jmferrer@bountyagro.com.ph
