Survey results are anonymous and completion implies permission to participate.
The first section will ask you about your experience and background. The second section has 10 survey questions that summarize the current understanding of end of life and skin failure. Although this survey is based primarily on the CE/CME article in the March issue of Advances in Skin & Wound Care, it is not necessary to have read the article to complete the survey. We will analyze the data from the persons who have read the CE/CME article separately from individuals who indicate that they have not read the article.
