The downtown area includes Main St. from the Watts St. intersection to the MLK Jr. Dr. intersection, and Washington St. from the Main St. intersection to Piggly Wiggly. Side streets within this area are also included: Smithwick St. from Main St. intersection to Railroad St. intersection, Railroad St. from Smithwick St. intersection to MLK Jr. Dr. intersection, Elm St. from Main St. intersection to Washington St. intersection, and Pearl St. from Main St. intersection to Washington St. intersection.
