Part 1 - Introduction

The aim of this survey is to assess the capabilities that businesses use to respond to the external environment. Businesses use a variety of capabilities to identify areas of competitive advantage, seize opportunities, and effectively manage risk. All businesses do these things differently, and some businesses place more emphasis on certain capabilities than others.

The survey is open to all for-profit businesses operating in Australia (including foreign owned and multinational corporations), with 5 or more full-time equivalent employees.
