Livingston Open Space & Recreation Survey: Orchard Hill, Licari and Strahman I & II Sites Concepts

Introduction

What is the purpose of this survey?

The Township, in collaboration with T&M Associates, has developed preliminary concept plans for select open space parcels that have been or will be acquired through the Township’s Open Space Trust Fund and the New Jersey Green Acres Program. These plans outline potential recreational programming options including trails, community gardens, and passive recreation areas that are tailored to each site.

Why do we want to hear from you?

Now that concept plans have been prepared, the Township is seeking feedback from residents and stakeholders. We want to know which ideas you would like to keep and what changes you think could make the plans even better. Your input will help us refine the concepts and guide final decisions to ensure these spaces reflect the needs and priorities of Livingston residents and the surrounding community.
