Hi Parent/Caregiver!

ParentWise is pilot testing 3 different WiseJourney programmes, and we're recruiting a limited number of parents and caregivers of children from birth to age three to participate.

In our WiseJourneys, you'll embark on a series of 4 Zoom sessions over the course of 4 weeks, in a group of up to 8 to 10 parents and caregivers. Each session, guided by a ParentWise facilitator, will demonstrate how research-based tips can be applied in your day-to-day contexts, and harness the power of collective learning and problem-solving of parents and caregivers journeying together.

ParentWise is currently running WiseJourney pilot groups so we can improve the experience to benefit families and caregivers like yourself. There are 3 WiseJourneys to choose from: 

1) WiseSelf: Mindful Parenting
This is for parents/caregivers with children aged from birth to 36 months old at the point of WiseJourney commencement.

2) WiseSpeak: More Than Words (I)
This is for parents/caregivers with children aged from birth to 9 months old at the point of WiseJourney commencement.

3) WiseSpeak: More Than Words (II) 
This is for parents/caregivers with children aged from 24 to 36 months old at the point of WiseJourney commencement.

NOTE: Each unique household will only be able to participate in ONE WiseJourney. All WiseJourneys will be conducted in English.
