2025-26 Strategic Planning Retreats

Please complete the below form to register your school(s) for Accelerate Institute's 2025-26 Strategic Planning Retreats. If you plan to register 5 or more schools, please reach out to Erin Brooks at ebrooks@accelerateinstitute.org.
Both retreats will take place in downtown Chicago.
Mid-Year Strategic Planning Retreat: December 8-9, 2025
Annual Strategic Planning Retreat: May 18-19, 2026

Cost
Each retreat is $2,500* and includes registration and lunch for the school principal and 2 leadership team members.
Additional team members (including district/network level team members) are $650 per person.
Does not include travel costs.

*AIC Members who have completed The Ryan Fellowship, Growth Accelerator, or Leadership Academy programs have access to a discounted rate of $2,000 per school and $500 for each additional team member.
