Welcome!

This brief survey has been developed to engage you in discussing transportation in the Greater Lansing area. Each page contains yes/no, multiple choice, or ranking questions that ask you about your experiences with and priorities for our region's transportation.

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County) is creating a regional Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) through 2050, and your input will guide its development. The MTP is a 25-year vision for the transportation system in Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. It examines all modes of transportation, including the road network, public transit, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, rail, and air. It also supports initiatives for urban and rural transportation options and needs, including non-motorized networks, pavement conditions, congestion management, and other regional issues involving the transportation system's safety, connectivity, reliability, and efficiency.

The updated MTP for 2050, titled Moving Mid-Michigan, is anticipated to be completed by Tri-County in late 2025.

You must answer every question and provide your name and contact information at the end of the survey for a chance to win one of ten $50 gift cards.
