All information provided is confidential.  This survey is designed to identify community strengths, needs, and challenges for the 60+ population of El Dorado County.  Group Responses will be used to create the 4-year plan for aging services in our community.  This survey is divided into three (3) sections:  Demographics, Community Information and Support, and Health and Wellness.
