How do I Resend the Message to Partial or Completed Survey Respondents?

Select Responded to send the survey to respondents that have completed the survey partially or completely. Once you select the responded option, a drop-down menu allows you to select the status: partial and complete responses, partial responses, and/or, complete responses.

Note: The message is only sent to respondents matching the selected status on date and time of send. For example, if you select to send the message to all respondents who have partially completed the survey, and all of the respondents have responded to the message on the scheduled send date; the message will not be sent.

How do I see recipients for message or the recipient list of respondents sent message?

To view the recipients of sent messages, click the Edit Message button and then the email subject line to open the Message Summary (shown above steps 1 and 2).

 View Sent Message List

Under Message Summary, click [view] under the recipient portion, Message Recipients, to see the list of recipients sent the message.

Tip:

The link sent through the Email Invitation can be used only one time!

To send a message to a respondent that has already responded to the survey sent by the Email Invitation Collector, you will need to create a New Collector to send the message. You may re-send a message to those that have not responded, but if you use the same Collector to re-send the link to a respondent that has already responded to your survey, the link will open the same survey that they have already responded to depending on the option setting you have determined for the Collector. Entering new responses into a survey that opens with responses will over-write the original survey.

Stop The Message!

If you want to stop the sending of your message, you've got a 5 minute window to do so. Just click the cancel button under the sent message column.
