| You can download the responses you've collected at any time (yes, even while you are still receiving responses) with a professional subscription. We simply take a snapshot of your current responses, without disrupting your survey. ( To retrieve a previous download, click "View Download History" as shown below.) Downloading responses enables you to create additional graphs and save your results on your computer for safe keeping! Available Export Formats: |
To Download Responses
 | Click the Analyze icon and select [Download Responses] to open the Download Responses page and then select the desired export type and format. |
| Next click [Request Download] to open the "Download History" page and retrieve your compressed export file. |

View Download History
To retrieve a previous download, click "View Download History".
The Download History Page opens to show all of your downloads. Click the [Download] button to open the compressed export file(s). The system refreshes automatically and deletes all exports from the list after 14 days.
If the you have not received the link delivered to your email, or it does not work, please try opening the file directly from the Down Load History page. To do so, click the [View Download History] button, top right of the download request page.

Use decompression software like WinZip or Stuffit Expander to open the export. - Auto-Date issue, when responses open in date format instead of the numerical values entered for response.
- Excel opens multiple files: Please note that if the exported data cannot fit in less than 255 columns, it will be split into multiple files.
