How are Responses Saved? |
| Responses for each page are saved as respondents click the next or previous link and successfully advance to a new page. |
| When your respondents exit the survey, your results are saved only for those pages that have been saved! See how this works in the Collectors video tour! |
The responses for each page are saved and displayed in the analyze section immediately after respondents click the navigation link in the survey and successfully advance to a new survey page. If the survey cannot advance due to required questions or other validations, the responses do not save.

Dynamically Hide or Show Questions in Survey Results
| Custom Summary Report Features: |
The Custom Report option allows you to hide specific questions or pages in the analyze survey report or Response Summary and save the settings as a report. |
What Can I do with a Custom Report? The reports have the same features as the default summary view: downloading responses, filtering data, browsing responses, and sharing the results link. With the Custom Report, you can save your settings and filters per report as well as use the Share Results link within the report to provide answers to only specific questions. This also allows you to save Filter configurations under different reports and hide questions in the report before sharing responses. |
