It's easy to create a survey using SurveyMonkey, just open a browser window and get started - there's nothing to download! We're a web based program that requires no downloading of software or license. (We do not offer a license option.)

Just click the Design icon to edit your survey, and the Collect icon to get the link for distribution. As the responses roll in, you can analyze your data anytime by clicking the Analyze icon. arrow-down.gif Please see the My Surveys Page diagram below if you've already created your account.
 

How Do I Get Started?

To create an account,click the [Join Now for Free!] button on the home page. After you log in, click the [Create Survey ] button to create a survey. (You'll need to join for free to upgrade.)

What does SurveyMonkey Cost?

The basic account is absolutely free, but has limits.   

Professional subscriptions cost $19.95/month, $59.85/quarter or $200/year (USD). And the annual subscription includes unlimited responses and a discounted rate that's like getting *two months free! (Yes, it's a subscription,but you're free to cancel anytime .)

My Surveys Page: The Control Center of Your Account!

The My Surveys Page lists your surveys and provides direct access to the Design, Collect, and Analyze tools. (You may use any of these tools at any time even while collecting responses.)

Design Icon:

Click the Design icon to open the survey Design editor.

Collect Icon:

Click the Collector icon to open the Collectors page. Collectors are the links for you survey that you will use to distribute it to your audience. 

Analyze Icon:

Click the Analyze icon to open your survey results, browse responses, and download. Total response count displayed.

Survey Title

 It's the title of your survey.

Creation Date

 The date you created your survey. This date will not change.

Modified Date

 This date signifies the last date of modification. It updates as responses are received and/or the survey is edited.   
 

Archived Survey

 Surveys were archived during our conversion process. We do not offer a way to archive surveys at this time.
