The benefit with SurveyMonkey is that the same features are available for all Professional subscriptions! The cost varies only in the amount of time these features are active and if you want unlimited survey responses included.

• Begin by registering a Basic (free) account.
• Purchase a subscription to take advantage of the Professional features.

NOTE - Refunds:  We do not offer pro-rated refunds on subscriptions. If you anticipate needing the subscription for a short amount of time, purchase either a monthly or quarterly subscription. Cancel the auto-renewal when you no longer need it.

What is included?

All paid accounts include the following: Professional Features

Unlike other services, we do not charge extra for longer surveys or for access to different features. The only difference between our subscription packages is that the Annual plan includes unlimited responses at no additional charge! 

• With Monthly and Quarterly plan, you can still collect as many responses as you would like.
• The first 1000 in a monthly billing cycle are free. Any responses collected after the 1000 in that billing cycle will accrue a charge of $.05.

What are my payment options?

1. Pay by Credit Card:

You can immediately activate any plan with a business or personal credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

1. Choose the Pay by credit card option and enter your billing details.
2. Enter the credit card number and the CVV2 code. *This page is secure.
3. Continue past the Confirm Payment page to finalize the charge. Agree to the Terms of Use and the Auto-Renewal Notice.
4. The billing email address will receive an email confirmation of the paid invoice. You can also check all invoices under the Billing section in the My Account tab.

2. Pay by Invoice:

We do accept purchase orders and check/invoice payments for quarterly and annual subscriptions only.

We do require payment before activating the account.

Important:  A purchase order alone will not fully activate the account. It simply acts as a request to upgrade the account and generates the invoice. To request a Professional subscription through invoicing, please do the following:

1. Clicking on the [Upgrade] button on our homepage. Choose your plan.
2. Select Pay by Invoice.
3. Once you complete the request, an invoice including all of our information needed to make payment is emailed. Please include the invoice number on the check or wire/bank deposit payment to ensure easier processing.
