How do I change the username/email address on the account?
SurveyMonkey makes it easy for you to update and manage your account. Usernames, contact emails, account passwords, and billing details can all be changed under the My Account tab.
The Login Settings are located in the Account Summary section. Click the [Edit] button next to any field you wish to update.
Step 1:
Click on the [My Account] tab.
Step 2:
Click on the [Account Summary] button on the left side of the page (as shown in the image above).
Step 3:
Change the information in the Login Settings area by clicking the [Edit] button.
