Can I share an account or limit access between users?
Yes, we do allow subscribers to share one username and password for multi-user access. Simply have the person you are sharing the account with use your login information.
Please keep in mind that you are sharing full administrative privileges with other users:
We do not limit the number of people who can share the subscription.
Multiple people can login at once to create surveys or analyze data.
Can I password protect sections of the account?
No, we do not provide the ability to restrict access to certain areas meaning no password protection on results or folders on the My Surveys page.
- To limit access, register and upgrade additional accounts. Each will need to have its own unique login and subscription.
- You can move or copy surveys into Professional accounts. For more information, please click here.
To create multiple accounts:
If you want to open new accounts, make sure you are not logged into a current one. If you are, click the [Log Out] button. This makes [Join Now for Free] button on the homepage become active.

- Each account needs to have a unique login.
- Repeat this process each time to create a new one.
Can multiple people work in the account simultaneously?
Yes, people can work in one account at the same time.
However, any time multiple people edit the same object in our database, we cannot store both changes. So one is likely to be lost and may cause one person to get booted out or receive an error message.
If two people are working on the same survey at the same time, then each one will not be able to see the changes made by the other person automatically.
- The refresh button must be clicked on each individual browser to see any additions or changes made by the other.
- If two people are working together, in order to avoid problems, they should be in good communication with one another during the design process.
