The Basic subscription is completely free!

Your surveys don't expire if you choose to never upgrade. We also do not delete surveys or responses if you choose to stay as Basic.

Create and administer as many surveys as you want for as long as you want! They are stored indefinitely.

Upgrade at Any Time!

You can upgrade the account from Basic to Professional at any time! All surveys created during the Basic status will be upgraded:

The Professional features can then be applied to those surveys. (e.g. Add your own logos, export data, set up a survey completion option, etc.) To view those features, take a look over the following: Professional Features 

With a Basic account you can only view the first 100 responses collected on each survey. Your surveys will continue collecting responses, so upgrading to Professional will then allow you to view and analyze all responses past the initial 100 collected.

What subscriptions do you offer? 

We offer the following subscription packages for Professional accounts:

• Monthly: $19.95 (month to month) x 1000 free responses every monthly billing cycle. Responses over the 1000 are charged $.05 every cycle.
• Quarterly: $59.85 (covers 3 months) x 1000 free responses every monthly billing cycle. Responses over the 1000 are charged $.05 every cycle.
• Annually: $200 (covers 12 months) x unlimited survey responses at no additional charge.

NOTE:  We do not offer pro-rated refunds on subscriptions. If you anticipate needing the subscription for a short amount of time, purchase either a monthly or quarterly subscription.
